How to use
Take individual outer pack and open at one end to remove hot pad.
Shake contents of hot pad for a few minutes in open air until it begins to get warm
Place the hot pad inside a pocket or glove
Squeezing the hot pad occassionally will ensure maximum heat output.
Store sealed outer pack in a cool, dry place. After use dispose of outer bag and hot pad properly
